When you use the site we also record the page visited, first-touch referrer, campaign parameters (including UTM and advertising click IDs), and interactions with phone, WhatsApp, email and enquiry links. We use stable browser and session identifiers and store a one-way hash of the network address rather than the address itself.

How We Use Information

Storage, Processors and Retention

Enquiries and interaction events are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes hosting and security data for us, and Resend processes transactional enquiry emails. We retain enquiry records only while needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Analytics events are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer useful. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
